The reason was simple: our existing client base was thriving, and we were cautious about managing potential overwhelming demand. Through word of mouth and a little bit of social media exposure, we maintained a steady stream of clients, resulting in extended scheduling wait times. We took pride in the fact that the vast majority of our clients came to us through referrals or by witnessing the exceptional eyebrow work on their friends and family.
We cannot count the number of times that new clients have come to us, letting us know that they spotted a pair of our eyebrows 'out in the wild' on an acquaintance or friend, and were sold on the concept of microblading. Instead of browsing our non-existent website, our clients had 'browsed our brows'!
