 Our founder Ant's roots in facial beautification and aesthetics can be traced back to her college degree in fine arts, followed by an early career as a traditional makeup artist for seven years. In 2013, she transitioned to permanent makeup after recognizing a need for someone with her background in the field. She founded Ellebrow Microblading & Permanent Makeup Studio NYC in New York City to fulfill that need. In the early days, when there were very few artists providing high-quality, natural-looking work, clients drove for hours from their home states or even flew to NY from as far as Boston, Chicago, and California. Many clients still visit her from the far reaches of the globe while they are in New York City, and so it seems fitting that our office is located nearby the United Nations."
